The following are the Terms and Conditions (T&C) to which ArtistNetam adheres.
Declaration:
By accessing the website or using its services, you automatically agree to the website’s Terms and Conditions. This acceptance is considered final and binding.
Purpose:
This website provides custom pencil drawing commissions and related art services to customers. The information, pricing, and services listed may change depending on availability, artist workload, or introduction of new services.
ArtistNetam does not endorse or promote any third-party websites, brands, or products.
All prices listed on the website are in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Product Description:
Descriptions of services and artworks are as accurate as possible. However, images or graphics shown are for representational purposes and may vary slightly from the final product.
Services:
ArtistNetam is an online art service for custom pencil drawings, portraits, and personalized art commissions. Upon placing an order, the artwork will be created and delivered to the customer, who agrees to make full payment for the service.
Warranty:
We provide a 1-year no colour fade warranty on artworks (for framed/colored work, if applicable).
Reviews & Ratings:
Customers may leave reviews or ratings for services purchased through ArtistNetam. These are self-expressed opinions and are not intended as advertisements. ArtistNetam does not influence or alter customer reviews.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Orders can only be canceled before the drawing process has begun. If the order is already under process, cancellation cannot be made.
A full refund will be given if the cancellation is made before work starts.
Refunds are also possible if the customer receives a damaged product. Valid proof (such as photos of the damaged item) must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Money-Back Guarantee Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your custom artwork, we will make revisions based on your feedback. If you are still unhappy, we will refund the full amount, minus any softcopy/artist service charges.
This guarantee is valid only before the final physical artwork has been shipped. Once the artwork is dispatched, approved, or delivered, the Money-Back Guarantee does not apply.
Privacy:
Our Privacy Policy (linked separately) explains how we use your personal data. By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
Intellectual Property Rights:
All artworks, sketches, and creative content created by ArtistNetam remain the intellectual property of the artist. Customers may use the final delivered artwork for personal purposes but cannot reproduce, resell, or claim it as their own creation.
Third-Party Links:
Links to external platforms like Instagram or other websites do not imply endorsement. ArtistNetam is not responsible for any consequences arising from visiting third-party websites.
Violation & Termination:
At our sole discretion, ArtistNetam may suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated. Customers remain responsible for any payments due for artwork already ordered or in process.
Consent & Liability:
By placing an order with ArtistNetam, you agree that:
Image Responsibility:
You have the rights/permissions to use any photos you provide for commissions.
If your photo includes other individuals, you are responsible for obtaining their consent.
Liability:
ArtistNetam is not responsible for legal issues arising from the use of customer-provided images.
Any claims or disputes are solely the responsibility of the person placing the order.
Usage & Privacy:
The final artwork will only be shared with the customer.
We reserve the right to decline orders that violate our policies.
