Shipping Coverage

  • Across India: Free shipping on all orders.

  • International Orders: Yes, we ship worldwide! Additional shipping charges apply for international deliveries.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Once you approve your final artwork, we ship your order promptly.

  • Metro Cities: 3–4 working days.

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–10 working days.

  • International Orders: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Note: Delivery may be affected by unforeseen delays from our courier partners.

Return & Pick-Up

We currently do not provide return pick-up services. For returns, please follow the steps outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Lost or Damaged in Shipping

  • Lost in transit? Contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange a full refund or promptly resend your artwork.

  • Damaged on arrival? Please share an unboxing video and photos via WhatsApp or email. Once verified, we will recreate and resend your artwork at no additional cost.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only for selected products under special conditions.

  • Partial COD may apply, where a percentage of payment is made upfront, and the rest is paid upon delivery.

  • COD is not available for customized and personalized products (such as pencil portraits), as they are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
