Cancellation & Refund Policy

At ArtistNetam, we value every order and take great care in creating your personalized artwork. Since each piece is made-to-order, our policies are designed to be fair while respecting the time and effort of the artist.


Cancellation Policy

  • Before Work Starts: You may cancel your order at any time before the artist begins working, and receive a full refund.

  • After Preview Stage: If you are dissatisfied with the preview, refunds will be considered based on the level of mismatch and the number of faces/subjects in the artwork.


Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged items.

  • An unboxing video and photos of the damaged item must be provided as proof.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


Refund Policy

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund issued.

  • Dissatisfaction with Artwork: Requests will be reviewed case-by-case, with refunds or partial refunds provided at our discretion.

  • Damage in Transit: Customers may choose between a refund or a free redo of the artwork.


Refund Timeline

All eligible refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–12 working days.
